Heel pain is one of the most common conditions seen in a podiatry clinic and can be caused by many different things. These can include a biomechanical problem, training overload or even inappropriate footwear. Treatment of heel pain can involve taping, shockwave, dry needling, stretching/strengthening and massage. Our team also work closely with other local health professionals to provide a holistic approach to care.
