MLS’s annual celebration of the league’s fiercest rivalries kicks off this week with the always-energetic battle for Los Angeles between LAFC and the reigning champion Los Angeles Galaxy. The two teams are slugging it out at both ends of the table and play some of the most assertive, attacking-oriented soccer in the league. This one has all the makings of a classic.

Despite a rough start to the season, KC still has a strong chance of making the playoffs. One of the reasons is the superb play of their interior defense led by nose tackle Mike Vrabel, who has racked up a team-leading seven sacks and 48 total pressures this year. He’ll face a tough challenge when he goes up against the Vikings’ potent offensive line in what could be a back-and-forth game.
